Spicy Buffalo Pulled Pork Sliders


What You Need:

  • 1/4 inch thick slices of sweet potato “toast”

  • Pre-cooked pulled pork

  • Sliced avocado

  • Primal Kitchen Foods chipotle lime mayo

  • The New Primal mild buffalo sauce

What To Do:

  • Cook sweet potato slices in toaster by setting to high heat and continuing to repeat toast cycle until sweet potato has softened and warmed to desired texture (usually takes me about 3-4 toaster cycles)

  • Meanwhile, reheat your pulled pork. For some extra crispiness, heat in a skillet over high heat

  • When sweet potato toast and pulled pork are done, it’s time to assemble your sliders!

  • Spread a layer of chipotle lime mayo onto each piece of toast

  • Add desired amount of pulled pork to toast slices

  • Top with avocado

  • Last, but definitely not least, drizzle a serious amount of buffalo sauce over everything
