Balsamic Glazed Salmon


What You Need:

  • 2 lbs salmon, cut into individual fillets

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Star anise

  • Fennel seed

  • Sea salt

What To Do:

  • Set oven to 415*

  • Arrange salmon on baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze

  • Sprinkle fennel seed and a pinch of salt over the salmon

  • Top each fillet with a star anise

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes

  • Remove from oven and enjoy!
